How to clear cache in joomla automatically?

Hello people, such a question. Did I turn on the cache, add new materials or will the user add them, but no one will see them until I clear the cache in the admin panel? kinda dumb...

In the general settings of Joomla, the caching period is configured, after which the cache is updated, i.e. the old cache is deleted and a new one is created. You don't need to clear the cache manually. New materials added to the site will appear automatically after the cache is updated.
