How to clean virus in debian?

Hello. We noticed an oddity in the behavior of one of the servers, it breaks into the Internet with all its fibers.
In the /bin directory there are a dozen files with names like: rmwfujisoznvjv and similar. How can you get rid of them?
netstat -pc gives 164.132.170.78:x11-2 ESTABLISHED 1089/top

If the server is already compromised, then the easiest option is to backup the content and configs and reset the OS.
Trying to figure out what's going on there and clean up the infected files will take longer than reinstalling the OS.
