How to clean up the company network from unnecessary network names so that they are not displayed, including in third-party network scanners?

I need to delete all old computer names on the network so that they are not displayed, for example, in the ip scanner network scanning program or in the Kaspersky Security Center, I am attaching a screenshot.
Tried to clean records in AD but did not give any results.a6a9aa22083040f4a351f16bb2dbfc2f.PNG

In policies, explicitly prohibit desktops from trying to become a master browser ... well, it's also possible for them to turn off the use of NetBIOS over TCP / IP

These are netbios names. Each computer with Windows automatically distributes its name and address in the local area. Each Windows by default accepts these names and shows them as if with dns.
NetBIOS

Any sysadmin knows that, in general, name-to-IP mapping is the job of DNS.
