How to clean up .pack in git?

Hello.
There is a project, I can’t clone it normally, because there is not enough RAM (2 gig), I started to figure out what the problem is, as I understand it, in the file \ .git \ objects \ pack \ pack-eb250ecc45054bcd0610a1.pack.
Google suggested that it stores compressed "loose files", in my project there used to be a healthy xml file (1gig), don't ask how it appeared in the repository...
Because of this, it seems to me that .pack still contains information about it and therefore the project cannot be cloned.
The question itself: How to clean .pack files, remove deleted files from history.
I apologize for such a clumsy explanation
. Thanks in advance for the answers :)
