How to clean RAM in Centos 7?

Please tell me what is the best way to clear the RAM, and how to check which process is using it? Recently, RAM has been gradually disappearing, I can’t understand what exactly such a large amount of RAM is being spent on.

kolu4iy : Well, I have most of the RAM in the cache, as I understand it, I shouldn't touch it? What if she gets all killed?

Check who eats memory - htop (more settings than in simple top)
kill the kill process, or reload it.

Spent on cache. Do not interfere with the operating system to work - it's supposed to. Don't forget to set smaller vm.swappiness in sysctl.conf, for example 10.
Look with atop - if the main amount of memory (MEM line) is indicated in the third column (cache) - then this is it. Do not touch.
If a particular process has eaten away, then all the previous tips are correct.
