How to clean and how to store Macbook, what can be deleted?

I have a macbook pro. in wedge may poppy I want to clear any slag and cache through the filescope. I remember at the very beginning it was after cleaning 220GB + free. recently it has become barely 200, now it has been cleared, it has become 211, what else can be deleted through the wedge may poppy and filescope, what folders or files, swaps are not deleted by the program, do you need a terminal? or there is some kind of separate software, although I know there is a terminal and it is cleaned this way.
