How to choose video resolution in Safari on mac?

I like the Safari browser, but I can’t use it as the main one, because it doesn’t allow you to set your own video resolution in the players on many sites. For example, on Kinopoisk HD when watching a series, I can’t choose a resolution and everything would be fine, but initially Safari loads the lowest quality, the same with movie trailers on film search, you also can’t choose a resolution in the service for watching ShowJet series (wrote to them in technical support they said that this is a feature of the browser from Apple and they can not help in any way).
