Try to get the first letter of the name as early in the alphabet as possible.
Check the euphony of the verb derived from the name of the company, for example Google - google.
Think about the names of people working in the company.
Try to avoid numbers and hyphens in the company name.
Check if the domain name is free.
Try to call your friends from a noisy place and tell them the name of the company, if they write / remember it correctly, then the name is good =)

Easy to remember
Not long, easy to write
Unique preferably
Possible with prefixes like code, it, systems, software.
In general, if you choose the name of the company, then in this case it is more important how your company will work and make a profit. But if you want to come up with a brand, then this is another story, not related to the name of the company. Just remember Vimpelcom (company) and its Beeline (brand).

If you have 4 billion American presidents for marketing, then by and large it doesn’t matter how.
If not, then in fact - too. But for me this is a fundamental question :)
1. Concentrate on the main. Competitive Advantage
2. Generate titles with #1 in mind. Wait for an acceptable option, it will definitely be
3. The name must be unique
4. It is better to generate names using allegories, in extreme cases, composite from common nouns. Do not use common names that reflect your business - you will get lost among competitors
5. There must be a free domain / s in the region where you will represent your interests

it makes sense to go through ALL free (unregistered) domain names from three to five characters in all "decent" zones, and find the BEST of the WORST. this and make the basis for the name of the future company, for example, by turning the chosen domain name into a recursive acronym.
