How to choose the optimal server configuration?

There is such an iron.
Can you please tell me how to set it up correctly? As you can see, 2 SSD disks, 2 HDD disks.
As I understand it, it will be necessary to raise RAID 10, that is, make RAID 0 from 2 SSDs, also RAID0 from 2 HDDs, and then combine them into RAID10.
The server will run SQL - server and 1C - server. Should SQL be virtualized? How much memory should she allocate in general?
1c somewhere for 50 users. Terminal access is practically not required.

Make system + DB on SSD. With mirroring to a second SSD.
Backups on HDD.
If the database is large, then you can shove rarely used data for reading there.
Well, we also mirror the HDD.

With RAID10 from HDD and SSD - absolutely, absolutely, fatally senseless undertaking. Yes, and the controller will send you with such desires.
Put the system on the HDD (in mirror mode), put the user data on the SSD (it's better to do not even RAID0, but LINEAR).
It is much better to place each server role in a separate virtual machine.

And it will turn out raid10 for 240GB.
If you build raid10 at once, and not raid0 + 1, you will get what you want, but it will be like hdd in speed.
Look for analogues of flashcache for Windows.
