How to choose python interpreter in PyCharm?

Good time. I don’t understand why PyCharm does not see other versions of python, although they are installed and are visible from the settings of PyCharm itself, but when creating the configuration for the project they are no longer there.

What am I doing wrong?

Look in project settings, not test settings
in settings, look for django and your project name
