How to choose ip telephony for a small office?

There are 3 managers and 3 workplaces with a headset. You need to create ip telephony.
Input data:
1. It is important to be able to record and listen to conversations.
2. 1 incoming city number and distribution between managers.
3. Possibility to connect the number to your PBX in the future.
4. PC application for operators.
I'm still considering yandex telephony. But I hope for the experience of more competent and smart people in this matter. Please tell me where is the best place to create it. How to do? Who faced such a task.
ps was the experience of using bitrix24 telephony in the CRM. But a whole CRM for our tasks is not needed. We are in retail business. Shop online.

I would take the mango on a turnkey basis. Or ask your internet provider. They should have a "cloud" PBX service with all the goodies.
Yandex, Rostelecom, Dom Ru, Westcall... I wouldn't really recommend it.
Moreover, there most likely "registered himself and dig what to where."

I recently tried "Zebra" telephony, I did not like the lack of necessary services and much for an additional fee, as well as the interface that is complex and incomprehensible for the average user. After they advised “Voice-connect”, during the day they connected the office - everything works like clockwork! Customer support is just super, respond quickly and clearly!
