I am using sprinthost. Premium plan (1200 rubles per month). Recently, even at night, the use is almost 100%, although the traffic has grown slightly.
One site is very heavy. But it also has only 100 visits per day.

Recommend a hosting for wordpress with a large margin of resources to be able to withstand the load and 100,000 visits per day.

Maybe consider a dedicated server? But I myself do not know how to deploy servers and wordpress on them.

First, check the site for viruses. And then roll back to the last uninfected backup (the hoster can help with this, backups are made automatically by them).
99% chance that the site was infected by a miner and/or made part of a botnet. 2500 visits per day is nothing even for the cheapest tariff with a multi-gigabyte base. Two users per minute... Look for a miner, or index databases.)
