I've been using it for a year, no problems. Assembled a little sloppy, but this does not affect the functionality. Charges from 18 pm to 10 am completely from the power supply 5V 1A (inside 4 18650 batteries). USB output, MiniUSB input. It can work like a flashlight if it needs to be illuminated. The charge indicator is adequate.
