How to choose an e-wallet payment aggregator for an individual?

Good afternoon. I am looking for an e-wallet aggregator that works with individuals. The ability to integrate with opencart or manual invoicing is welcome. I wanted to use payin-payout, so e-wallet does not work for them now. And I need to accept payments from kiwi, poison and vm and withdraw them either to a Russian bank card, or to a visa card or to qiwi (at worst).
