How to choose an admin dashboard for a website?

For a small service, you need a simple admin panel for adding and editing posts, tags. Google gives out a bunch of collections of all sorts of admin dashboards, but how to choose the best one from them is unclear. if for web frameworks you can find a rating by popularity and demand, but I don’t find anything like that here. All descriptions of such admins in reviews are a combination of marketing words: convenient, good, modern, etc., which do not carry useful information.
Previously, we tried Gentelella on one project, I didn’t like that the code of any page is overloaded with a bunch of html constructs. I expected at least some component approach from such panels in the era of the great React-a. Can someone tell me if there are similar admins using the component approach, is there at least some objective comparison of the characteristics of such admins somewhere?
