How to choose a YouTube channel when buying?

I want to make a music channel on YouTube for the purpose of monetization.
because it will take a lot of time to set indicators that allow you to connect monetization (but I can’t stand it))).
I decided to try to get an adequate channel with connected (or with the ability to connect) monetization.
Any subject that I could support or continue for some time (if I'm lucky).
If I'm not lucky and it will be difficult for me to keep two topics in parallel, then rebrand and smoothly change the format/topic to the one I need.
I want to ask for advice about the pitfalls:
1. What should I pay attention to and how can I check it?
Do I need to ask the seller to show anything on the channel from the inside in Live mode? and if so what? or is it redundant?
2. What exactly should the buyer get in case of a successful transaction? (appearances, passwords, e-mail address ..)
3. The channels are different. There are those in which the required minimum indicators, but at the same time everything is zero, i.e. completely clean, empty channel.
There are channels with excellent performance at a price that is several times (if not several orders of magnitude) short of the theoretical monthly income from the channel
. At what the channel itself looks very adequate. How normal is this?)
In fact, what is the adequate price of a channel with a net reputation of 1k subscribers and 4k hours of viewing + comments and likes? those. normal, live (or not) real channel.
4. I read that YouTube itself adequately responds to a sharp change in subject matter. What do you say? (it is clear that the subscriber base will react "not very")
5. What else do you need to know / understand / check when buying a YouTube channel?
You can’t learn some things from Google; in such matters, human experience is most valuable. If you have something to share - welcome)
