How to choose a transistor for an FM transmitter circuit?
There is such an fm transmitter circuit: It is
recommended to use a BFR93 transistor. I don't have the option to buy this one. The question is: what transistors can replace it and on what basis should I choose? Which characteristics are essential here, and which are not?
I don’t understand such things (there is only basic knowledge from school), so, if possible, in more detail.

Operating frequency, coefficient h21e and output power. Judging by what is available, a lot of power is not needed. In theory, something like KT315B should work. At one time I put KT608B in a similar scheme more powerfully. But in general, be more careful with such schemes: neighbors can complain about air pollution.
