How to choose a Q&A script?

Hello. I am not strong in the technical aspects of scripts. There are 4 scripts to choose from to create a site of questions and answers. Please explain by what criteria to choose the best and what testing methods. The toaster is cool, but the script is not for sale or incredibly expensive for me :) If the administration allows, I will publish the scripts and plugins that I chose. Perhaps someone will offer their own version.
Priority: not a plugin for cms, but in the absence of a script, it will work.
Payment is not a problem within 200 euros, it is possible to increase paid functionality.
