How to choose a language to create your own intelligent assistant?

As I understand it, a paradigm is an approach to solving a problem that you solve with the help of languages? if not right, then explain, but which one is suitable if you need your own information assistant? or to create a hierarchical network in Robotics? which would recognize voice commands and learn based on the conclusions and decisions built earlier

The only plus of Python is a large number of ready-made modules. His speed sucks. If you write yourself and from scratch, then read the article jackstouffer.com/blog/nd_slice.html
