I have a drinking water system, sorry I can't attach a picture, fiber optic cables run through the ground at the bottom of this unit, there is an electronic card reader and a push button control system which in turn controls a solenoid. controlled water valve to turn on/off the water. PON technology requires an OLT device at the top of the tree. A simple example - you cannot connect two adsl modems to each other ...
The minimum head that I know is 4 PON ports, for 64 devices each ... Something you are out of a cannon on sparrows ...
