How to choose a domain so that it cannot be sued in the future?

I delve into the legal aspects of registration and the further, the more questions arise.
I just took this site as an example: moscow-consulting.com
Let's say I want to register a site on one of the new top-level domains: moscow.consulting
At the same time, my company will also deal with consulting services, but the trademark will, of course, be different.
Would this be considered a violation of property rights?
I have a desire to register domains without looking around, identifying existing sites with a similar name. How to do it?
The situation with gTLDs is now confusing: on the one hand, registrars offer you to register a very cool 4-digit domain for 7500 greens, which then some fat company can win back through the court under the pretext of infringement of property rights. At the same time, it seems to me that no one will reimburse you for your expenses for buying a domain.
