How to check the solution of the problem for a conditional extremum?

There is a task of finding a conditional extremum:

You need to check the solution in some mathematical package. For example , WolframAlpha accepted only two restrictions, and said something like "idiot, what are you trying to tell me?" about the rest. I didn’t google anything else, I don’t know other mat.packages well. Help decide.

In matlab quadprog in this case should give a numerical solution with very good accuracy.

There is a similar numerical solver for quadratic programming in octave https://www.gnu.org/software/octave/doc/interprete...
