How to check the health of the RabbitMQ broker?

Installed RabbitMQ. How to check its performance? Used in conjunction with celery. But now it refuses to work. Writes that the remote server rejected the response. At first everything was almost normal, tasks were queued, but not executed. After reinstalling celery everything changed.
