How to check the appearance of the site when the size is less than 750px if the minimized browser is not reduced to less than 900?

The minimized browser window is reduced only by half the screen, so I can’t check how the layout looks smaller, I know what is possible through the developer tools, but without them how can I make the window smaller by stretching it with the mouse?

Most browsers have emulators designed to test responsiveness.
In chrome, pressing F12 will bring up the developer console.
