How to Check RSS Regularly for Free?

I want to make a bot that will send news from RSS feed to telegram chat. At first there were no problems, I decided to use heroku + zapier. Zapier turned out to be the bastards of the topic :), it turns out they only have a trial period of ~15 days, and if you don’t pay, then your webhooks and everything disappears. So, WHAT TO DO!? Where to get free VPS or sho?

If in this case the result is important, and not the process, then I can recommend ifttt.com - a free service in which you can set up a repost from rss to telegram in a few clicks. At the most, a subscription to some feeds is framed in this way. The only (possible) minus is that you cannot set the frequency of checking the feed - for some purposes, checking once every ~ 30 minutes may not be fast enough.
