How to check performance with/without Memcached on shared hosting?

Hello.
Can you please tell me how / how can I test WordPress with Memcache d (plugin) enabled / disabled on a regular hosting? Maybe there are some scripts or services? The Rocket caching plugin is installed, support said that it is not compatible (literal translation) but does not interfere with parallel operation.

Do you really have memcached on regular hosting?
How much memory is allocated to you in it? What is your typical cache size?
In the simplest case, you can test ab (apachebench).
