How to check if there is an exchange with 1s in Bitrix?

There is an online store on Bitrix, now there are about 1000 products, allegedly integrated with 1s, through a standard Bitrix module. Since I did not participate in the development, I cannot understand the scheme, the exchange. I need to understand how integration with 1c is going on, is it correct, are all products displayed in the catalog, etc. That is, using my previous experience, I go to the upload/1c-catalog/import.xml folder
in the previous project, this particular file was the basis for the import. Right there in this file, I found only 30 products, and there are 1000 of them on the site. How so? How can I display / view logs from imports?

@Sinecuraweb

you have an incremental exchange.
Do a full upload, you get a full file

Do you work with UT or directly with the base? Check the filtering (which categories from the tree are added and which are not). The easiest way is to add all the brands (that you want to display on the site and upload them). In the admin panel, add the field "changed by" and "change date" and see if 1C went through all the goods (by date)
