How to check if RadioButton is checked in PushButton function?

I am writing a program for a converter from the .gpx extension to .txt and vice versa. The functionality is already ready, but there was a problem in the development of the application.
There is a buttonClicked function, in which all the functionality of the program.

I need to add a check to see if the radiobutton is checked in the buttonClicked function. How can this be implemented?
