How to check if a user is an administrator?

How do I know if a user is an administrator on my channel? I used this library: https://github.com/rubenlagus/TelegramBots
I tried both GetChatAdministrators and GetChatMember, but the maximum that these functions do is display the channel id, which I already wrote down in them.
