How to check for the existence of email addresses, phone numbers and postal addresses in a large database?

over the years, a solid database of clients has been accumulated. people move, change job or phone number. Contact information becomes outdated and needs to be cleaned up regularly. “by hand” is no longer effective, unsuccessful deliveries to the wrong address cost money, and calls to the wrong subscribers “tarnish” your reputation. has anyone experienced this? Can you recommend a good and quality service?

there is no service for all three, except that Call Center
use SMS-ping for phones and mail for email - in one it is, for example, in Unisender, but xs as with the quality of SMS they have
and postal - regular mail with delivery receipt

I run into this problem all the time. People get up on our subscription list and read our blog, etc., but at the same time they often change contacts and sometimes emails are returned undelivered. It strongly affects the reputation - after the first such mailings, the open rate of emails fell rapidly - emails went to spam. Now, apart from manual "cleaning", we do not use anything (the sheet is not huge, so it does not take much time), although I heard that there are services that do this. But I'm not sure how it works - do they send an email to check if the address is correct? But this will definitely annoy the recipients. As for checking phones - the same as the service will check - will they call or send SMS? In addition to the fact that it will annoy customers, unlike emails, it will also cost money.

Anton, in fact, there were many companies on the network that offer services to check the existence of email addresses and phone numbers. I tried several sets until I found what worked for me. The only inconvenience is that everything is in English, but in principle the words are similar - so I suggest just google and try. The main thing is that the quality of checks can be tried for free for a start. For example, checking an email address for existence - especially those that don't really exist. I used to check the address from my former job and my cell and home phone numbers so that there were no test calls and text messages. The second problem was that many, after the first contact, began to push in some additional services such as an advertising company to carry out. So I registered with this email address, where spam is not a pity to accept. My choice was on two contenders - antibounce.net and towerdata.com - both have a Russian-speaking support service and do not bother with additional. services. Let the court know if you find anything else to validate mail and phones.

There is such a service: bit.ly/38uTj1T . Whether the data belongs to the client, he will not say. But it will check whether, in principle, a specific address, email, phone number can exist.
