How to check digital signature certificate using openssl?

There is openssl with support for GOST algorithms, there is an EDS certificate (public key certificate) for the user of electronic tax reporting. How can I use openssl to check if a given certificate is valid?

We all work with crypto pro, I don't think it will work with open slug. You will just kill a lot of time to nowhere
