How to change variables correctly in opencart?

Now I'm working on a site on opencart, and when I change the value of some text variable in the template / site, the changes are not displayed, the old value is displayed. Why is this happening? And how does the change of variables happen? I am using openserver.

you need to clear the cache in the admin panel
