How to change user settings in git in console?

The problem is that at the very beginning, when I just started doing git, I entered user settings:
git config --global user.name "blabla"
git config --global user.email "[email protected]"
And now when I enter different login and mail, the console tries to connect through the first login and does not find the required repository.
Google did not give anything (or maybe I googled it wrong).
