How to change throughput rate of OpenVPN virtual adapter?

After installing OpenVPN on Windows Server 2012 r2, the adapter rises (Figure 1) with a bandwidth of 100 Mbps, since the channel bandwidth and the server allow more encrypted traffic to pass through, you need to make it 1 Gbps, but I can’t figure out how.
