How to change theme in google chrome bookmark manager?

I read in an article that in version 42 Google Chrome changed the theme of the bookmark manager to this one:

I saw it, and I was going to start using it after the new theme.
But now I went there - and the theme is old and standard, without Material Design.
Version 43.0.
Is there any way to return it? Many people did not like the new theme, but I liked it.
