How to change the URI before starting the router when starting Joomla?

Hello. There is a JoomShopping store component. There is a store filter in the form of a module and a plugin that use the store's search controller. Accordingly, the URI contains the name of the controller and the name of the task.
The customer wants to change the URI: replace the name of the controller and the name of the task with other parameters.
Those. I need to change the URI back when starting Joomla, inserting the name of the controller and tasks into it.
As I understand it, this can be done on the onAfterInitialise event before being processed by the router. But I don’t know what needs to be changed, because the URI is parsed by the kernel before this event.
Please tell me how to get to the variables with the parsed URI. And will such a scheme work or is the controller selected before this event?
