How to change the time interval for sending messages from the sendmail queue?

Hello.
You need to change the send period from the sendmail queue.
Currently configured every 5 seconds - it tries to resend an unsuccessfully sent email.
1) Where is it indicated that it sends every 5 seconds? Or is it by default? I don't see this line in the config.
2) How to change the frequency of sending attempts?
yes, I read man - maybe I don’t understand something, but it seems that the MinQueueAge parameter is responsible for this, but somehow we don’t make friends with him and don’t understand each other.
All good and peace, I hope for constructive help.
