How to change the text Out of stock for products in Bitrix?

Good day.
I got a project of an online store on Bitrix from a former SEO specialist. I had never seen this system before. And here is a seemingly simple task: to change the text "Out of stock" for products.
Googling led to nothing, unfortunately ((Changes in the localization files do not change the text on the site. Can you please tell me where this setting is?

If the component is standard, then you can change the settings in the catalog component settings:
