How to change the signature "Created by User on 05/10/2015." when creating a file?

When you create a file in ide, it automatically substitutes a signature

/**
 * Created by User on 10.05.2015.
 */

How can I change it in existing projects?
Can it be configured for different projects, so that in one project it would be "Created by User on 05/10/2015." and in another "Created by Super-User in Company on 05/10/2015." ?
