How to change the root folder name of Google Drive?

Google Drive sets the Cyrillic name of the root folder, which is why some utilities that refer to this folder do not work. Is there any way to change the folder name?

The way to rename in Mac OS is described, but it worked for me in WinXP as well.

1. Right-click on the tray icon - Settings - "Account" tab - Disable account.
2. Right-click on the tray icon - Enter - Login - Click "Forward" to the 4th step - below the "Advanced Settings" button - We see the "Path to the folder" and the "Change" button.

If you are using the web client drive.google.com/ then check the box next to the folder, on the top of the toolbar click on More > Rename.
