How to change the request to a site with the correct arguments?

I made a program into which you enter a password, and it sends a request to the raw github, where the txt file is located in which the password is and compares it with the entered one.
How can I change the request so that even if I enter the wrong password, the request will be sent with the correct arguments?

I found the url in the code, but when I try to change the argument, the program still sends it incorrectly.
