How to change the Python version on the command line?

I installed Python 3.6.5 64-bit and Python 3.6.5 32-bit . When I run cmd 32-bit is used. How can I change the version from 32-bit to 64 and vice versa?

@RaymanPy

Write it in the PATH environment variable before the 32-bit one. Or just type the full path to the interpreter.
