How to change the port for a process?

Good morning!
I installed the wikdfly 17 server and when deploying the application in the IDE I get an error that port 9090 is already in use.
Found by whom it is used:
tcp 0 0 127.0.0.1:9090 0.0.0.0:* LISTEN 1282/java
I can kill it, but I want to move it to another port, how can I do it? Well, or how to configure it in the server configs!?
Update: Killing the process does not help, after restarting port 9090 is again occupied by the same process.

I removed the server from startup, and gave the rights to the standalone / folder and everything started up!
