How to change the output about the wrong file or command?

how to make another message? Let 's say
'file.com' is not a command

can we do that?

Take a resource editor (for example, Resource Hacker), open the cmd.exe or en-US\cmd.exe.mui file in it (depending on the system) and edit the Message Table.
