How to change the orientation of an Android project?

Sorry for the stupidity, Google ran into a fence.
How to change canvas orientation in 2D android project?
Defaul orientation in Build Settings went, does not help. Rotate tool doesn't help.
I have it like this (one screen),
but I want it as in screen 2.

It seems like this rectangle depends on the shape of the Game window, try changing its shape, or select a resolution from above that corresponds to portrait orientation
