I have a website, they wrote it to me in Yii. For almost a year now I have not touched it, and now the question arose to change something in the layout. Fortunately, during this time I studied html + css a little ... But there are no html files there -) everything is .php ... It's
trite we have two h1 headers on the main page ... so I can't figure out where to change it ...

Depends on what Yii your site is on.
If the former, then /protected/views/а_here_controller_name/action_name.php
The names of the controller and action are often visible in the url, if not reconfigured, http://site.ru/site/index
site - controller
index - action
If Yii2 (advanced), then most likely it will be here /frontend/views/a_here_controller_name/action_name.php
