How to change the Google Play Console interface to the old one?

Hello, I'm posting my first app on the play store. It really pisses me off how intuitive the publishing process is. I have to do each step in different windows, guess WHERE and which section I should go to insert the damn user agreement. Fortunately, there are tutorials, only in them the developer console looks completely different. Can I somehow work in the old version of the console? If not, then at least tell me where to insert the Privacy Policy or how to delete the draft application (I already uploaded the file there, but did not publish the application itself) because I incorrectly filled in the application type and name, but because of this I cannot make a new application in the console to a file that is already in use by others. I will be very grateful if you answer. If I don't figure it out, I'll have to end my career as a game developer

No way to delete. Just take it off the post. Before steaming a fever.
In the pre-publication stage, you see a reduced set of items in the left column.
A wizard dangles on the main screen, which should guide you through the necessary items.
The application name as the user sees it can be changed.
Development - The main page of the application.
Application or game, category
Development - Store settings You
may have indicated that the application is paid. Can be converted to free (no back)
Monetization - Application price
User agreement and other troubles
Rules - Application content
