Locally on my site, when editing the date, I see it in the format dd.mm.yyyy, after saving I see it in the same format. On the site in the global I see the date when editing in the format dd.mm.yyyy, and after saving - mm.dd.yyyy. For this reason, it is not possible to select a date whose day number is greater than 12, because a month is expected in place of the day. How to solve this problem?
