How to change the font?

Hello. I'm using a ttf font. The problem is that under the symbol "ь" is set "ъ". I need a program through which I can easily fix this without changing the font format.
I used FontForge, but that one changes to a different format, in which the font is 237kb, weighs 3.7mb.
