How to change the end url once and for all in Google ads?

There is a customized advertisement with the old site, the site was updated, a new domain, in the settings wherever I could change the final url to a new one, but still people somehow end up on the old site. According to the instructions, Google did everything, highlighted all the keywords, changed all the ads in bulk, changed the final url, checked, the new domain is indicated everywhere, but bl. still sometimes get on the old site. Does anyone know what it is?
